Sensory Sprouts: Pumpkin Patch Play

Our Sensory Sprouts: Pumpkin Patch Play Workshop is a sensory-based class for children ages 6 months to 2+ years, all about pumpkins! Using non-toxic, food-based materials, kids will dive into messy, pumpkin-themed play, exploring activities like pumpkin arts and crafts and tactile pumpkin sensory bins. The workshop will also include fun songs and stories all about pumpkins. This delightful experience supports food exploration for feeding development while enhancing motor and language skills—perfect for little ones ready to enjoy a pumpkin patch adventure!

What to Expect

• Circle time, singing, and story time

• Parent or caregiver participation required

• Open-ended play and messy, sensory play with safe, non-toxic materials

• Food exposure activities based on seasonal themes

• Learn language and feeding techniques you can use at home

• Let us know if your child has any food sensitivities

• Bring an extra pair of clothes —things will get messy!

• Cleaning wipes are also recommended to make cleanup easier.
