Meet the Founder

I’m on a mission to give modern, busy families like yours a revolutionized therapy experience that delivers the confidence and tools you need for feeding success or proper orofacial development.

Knowing that every child and family has unique needs, I offer deeply customized virtual and in-home programs, coaching, and intensive sessions that achieve results on your timeline. Although my approach is unique, the strategies and tools I share are founded in the most up-to-date evidence-based practices that unite nutrition, feeding, breathing, and cognitive development.

When we know better, we do better, and current research tells us that nutrition, feeding, breathing, and cognitive development are profoundly intertwined. This is why I’ve sought out certifications and continued training to help families with one or more of these difficulties to address them through a holistic lens.

In myofunctional therapy, I partner with families to treat infant and child mouth breathing, tongue thrust, and reducing the impact that tongue ties have on oral function. All of this leads to restorative sleep, proper orofacial growth, and improved cognitive development.

In feeding therapy, I guide and empower families who have goals for worry-free bottle feeding, safe transitions to solid foods, expanding food preferences for picky eaters, and a lifelong positive relationship with foods for their child.

If any of this sounds like something you need, I encourage you not to wait. Reach out to me today so we can identify the next best step for your child to start making progress today.

With you every step of the way,
